Event Experience

The summit brought over 500+ employees from 32 different branches together to join in on workshops, meet with vendors in the industry, communicate the companies forward vision, and network across different branches.

Since this was the very first summit in the region, attendee experience was a priority. Onboarding included a pop up shop for swag disbursement and photo opportunities. An event app was created to centralize agenda, chat messages, contact information, and photos. The app was gamified to breed competition between the attendees, earning them badges for participation.
